We hear the voices of witch hunt crowd yelling and the light of flamed torches shine through the window. As we stand in the cell we learn of our abilities as a shapeshifter who can turn into a mouse. You must escape from the cell, retrieve your bag, and collect the special items needed to hold your ritual to disappear before the crowd breaks down the building on their witch hunt.
This project came about when brainstorming unique VR mechanics that are not found in games today and would also be challenging to create. We landed on a puzzle concept for having the player character shrink and grow to various sizes to complete puzzles. We then picked a story that would mesh well with this mechanic. One of our desginers took influence from their regional folklore to come up with the nagual design. We felt this idea would be perfect for our design and modeled our vision around that.

Our first assignment was to find a baby Yoda along with many Star Wars references made by our professor. We also noticed there was only enough students to fill out two teams. We thought it would only be logical to snag the Jedi role before being labeled as the baddies.
